Anne Boden is the CEO and Founder of Starling Bank, a British digital challenger bank which focuses on current and business account products. In January 2014, Anne quit her high-profile job as a COO to start Starling Bank, and most people thought she was crazy. It was a big step but she felt like she had to do it, initially funding the business from selling a house she owned. This is Anne's story

Richard Reed is one of three co-founders of the brand, Innocent Drinks. After seven years of pondering back and forth on what business to create, it took just one hangover for the trio to decide they wanted to launch a beverage company. Reed opens up about the hardships of growing Innocent drinks, including the financial difficulties which eventually led to Coca Cola buying the brand in 2008.

Reshma Sohoni is the Founder and Managing Partner of Seed Camp, a European seed-stage venture capital fund based in London. When it comes to financing, Seedcamp focuses on all things tech, with an emphasis on the European market as well as some firms in Israel, Asia, America, and Africa. So far, they've invested in over 300 businesses.

Bill Browder is the CEO and Co-Founder of investment fund Hermitage Capital Management, which at one time was the largest foreign portfolio fund in Russia. Described as one of Putin’s biggest critics, and this podcast may confirm just that, his journey has been far from simple. This is his story.

Jeff Lynn is the co-founder and executive chairman of Europe’s leading equity crowdfunding platform Seedrs.
